Paint Party Guidelines & Refund Policy

Thank you for selecting Artist Journey Allen Gallery-Studio as you paint party destination. We invite you to join us at our weekly public paint parties where you can unwind and have a PAINTASTIC TIME! You bring the food and beverages of your choice and we will supply all painting supplies. For Private Parties one 6 foot table is provided for the placement of food items and a small cooler is available to chill your beverages. Please bring proper serving tools (cutlery, plates, cups, ice, etc.) necessary to enjoy your snacks and beverages. BYOB! We do not serve or sell alcoholic beverages of any kind. As mandated by law, participants under the age of 21 MAY NOT consume alcoholic beverages on the premises. This is a non-smoking facility. No exceptions.

For PRIVATE PAINT PARTIES and MOBILE PAINT PARTIES...A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. It is our policy that we DO NOT issue cash refunds for cancellations made on your behalf. If you notify Artist Journey Allen Gallery-Studio of a cancellation via phone or email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session, a credit towards future paint and sip services at our studio will be issued. No cash refunds are provided. This policy refers to both on and off-site painting functions. Restrictions for funds credited may apply. No shows or late participants WILL NOT receive a refund (full or partial) or store credit. Parties that must abruptly cancel with less than 24 hours due to official inclement weather warnings may rescheduled based upon studio availability or may elect to receive a store credit towards similar services. In this instance, cash refunds will not be issued and the 90 day store credit expiration still applies. 

NO REFUNDS, CREDITS OR RESCHEDULING IS AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC PAINT PARTY TICKET PURCHASES.

For MOBILE PAINT PARTIES, you must provide table space and proper seating for your guests. AJA Gallery representatives are not responsible for insufficient space upon arrival to paint party destination. If such an issue arises, neither refunds nor credits will be made available. AJA Gallery-Studio Representatives will arrive in a timely manner (at least 1 hour prior to scheduled painting time) to set up the painting supplies for your mobile event. Seating should be arranged upon arrival by host as the artist IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for the organization of your selected venue. Any delays on your behalf will not change the anticipated ending time of your event. The balance for mobile events must be settled IN FULL before an AJA Gallery Representative arrives to your party site. Delays due to the securing of payment will not change the anticipated ending time of your event.

For private and mobile parties, the minimum of 12 guests is required at time of booking. If the 12 guests minimum is not satisfied, host will be responsible for covering the cost to meet this requirement. All monetary transactions MUST be settled prior to the start of any painting event. 

AJA Gallery-Studio reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Whenever possible, registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to class time and refunds under these circumstances will be processed accordingly. An email notification of cancellation will be sent promptly upon this decision. 

LARGER PARTIES OF 10 0R MORE, if you select a public paint night for your group, please contact an AJA Gallery Representative at ARTISTJOURNEYALLEN@GMAIL.COM at least 24 hours in advance to inform us of your booking date. This quick notification would allow us the opportunity provide proper accommodations for your guests. Seating arrangements will not be altered upon arrival to public painting sessions.

FACE PAINTING SERVICES: The booking of face painting services, outsourced vendors or the accommodation of booking Blue-Berry the Clown as the host for your events is NON-REFUNDABLE. With a 24 hour notice of cancellation of Blue-Berry the Clown, funds may be applied to future painting services. No cash refunds. Restrictions may apply. Neither credits, refunds nor exchanges will be offered for the cancellation of outsourced face painting services or vendors.

NOTE: CANCELLATIONS MUST BE CONFIRMED WITH AN AJA GALLERY-STUDIO REPRESENTATIVE VIA EMAIL OR TEXT. ANY CREDITS OFFERED AS A RESULT OF A CANCELLATION MUST BE UTILIZED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF BEING ISSUED. FOLLOWING THIS 90 DAY PERIOD CREDITS WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE FOR REDEMPTION. CREDITS HAVE NO CASH VALUE AND ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE USED SEPARATELY. CREDITS MUST BE REDEEMED AT ONCE WITHIN A SINGLE TRANSACTION. CREDITS MAY NOT BE USED WITH ANY OTHER SALES OR PROMOTIONS. CREDITS ONLY APPLY TO SIMILAR SERVICES AND CANNOT BE USED TO MAKE PURCHASES ONLINE OR IN-STORE OF ARTIST JOURNEY ALLEN ORIGINAL ARTWORK, PRINTS OR ANY OTHER FORM OF RETAIL ASSOCIATED WITH THE ARTIST JOURNEY ALLEN BRAND OR ITS VENDORS.
