Private Paint Parties

Host your next paint party at Artist Journey Allen Gallery & Painting Studio! We provide 2 hours of painting fun for both children and adults. A maximum of 15 guests may occupy the venue at this time. As we adhere to COVID19 guidelines we ask that masks be worn and that social distancing measures be practiced while visiting the gallery space.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you serve food and beverages? Can I bring alcohol?


We do not serve food or beverages but the gallery is set up with table space to accomodate your snacks. You can absolutely bring wine, beer, or cocktails. Remember to bring your own glasses and supplies or feel free to purchase collectible hand-painted wine glasses by Artist Journey Allen to enjoy your beverages. Please refer to our "Paint Party Guidelines" for more information about alcohol consumption on the premisses.




Do you have music? Can I bring music?


Yes. We have a sound system at the studio that plays a curated set list that usually correlates to the audience/design. Private parties are welcome to bring their own tracks or playlists to connect to our bluetooth system.




What will we paint?


We like to switch it up! We have a bunch of designs that we like to rotate to keep it fresh. If you want to request a specific design, please inform our representative when you speak with them. Custom designs are an additional one-time overall fee of $20.

How do I reserve my party?


I'm so glad you asked! Email one of our representatives at artistjourneyallen@gmail.com or text us at (504)400-7224 to reserve your party TODAY!




What if I have less than 15 people?


During this time a maximum of 15 guests may join your paint party but a minimum of 6 guests is required to reserve a private paint party.




Can my party be longer than 2 hours?


So glad you wanna hang out with us! It is not uncommon that our paint parties may be proceeded or followed by another. Simply ask a representative about additional time when reserving your paint party as there may be availablity for party extensions. A non-refundable $75 fee will be applied for each additional hour you wish to occupy the space. Once the time slot is reserved, the fees may not be redirected to pay for paint party participants.




Do you offer anything special for Children's Paint Parties?


Yes! Our kids parties are lots of fun. We offer free custom designs for kids parties that reflect the theme of your little one's special event at no additional cost.




How much does it cost to host a private or mobile adult paint party?


The cost per person for a private party is $35 and the cost per person for a mobile paint party is $40. See our Paint Party Guidelines & Refund Policy for payment info.




How much does it cost to host a private children's paint party?


The cost per painter for children ages 5 to 12 is $27 per child on site and $32 per child for a mobile paint party.




How do I pay for my paint party event?


Payments are received via a secure square invoice, in cash or via cash app. Once the details of your party are confirmed with one of our representatives, you may select which of these payments best fit your needs. A 50% deposit or the cost of 6 seats (whichever is greater) is due upon booking your event. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of your event.
